With 10 years of experience within the recruitment industry, I am currently the Branch Manager for our Redditch branch at Pertemps Network Group, one of the UK\'s largest and most successful staffing agencies. Leading a dedicated team of consultants who provide temporary and permanent staffing solutions for businesses across Worcestershire. My responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the seamless alignment of client and candidate needs. Passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring that we deliver high-quality service and satisfaction. I have a background within a technical setting, which gives me a unique insight into the needs and challenges of the industrial sector. I also have strong skills in recruiting, temporary staffing, and relationship building, which enable me to lead and support my team effectively.
