ABOUT TOM ANSELL

I\'m driven by a commitment to fostering a better society, built upon the pillars of personal balance, strong families, and community cohesion. This foundational belief guides my career, which has evolved from traditional sectors into technology and innovation.Starting with a background in social sciences (politics, economics, geography), I entered the commercial property market with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2009. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2012, I sought a more dynamic environment, leaving the corporate world to embrace the early technology revolution. In 2013, I founded Grallo, pioneering one of the UK\'s first ride-sharing technology businesses. Grallo gained significant momentum by partnering with major entities in the events sector, including the IPL, Coca Cola, IDEA, Only Much Louder, and the ISL.My journey evolved further in 2014 with the establishment of Whyable, dedicated to building custom systems for the start-up and SME communities. This experience has culminated in Rippler.AI, a powerful platform now benefiting from its own integrated custom software builder. Rippler.AI proudly serves the SME and start-up ecosystem, while also cultivating a key expertise within the education sector.I\'m always happy to apply my diverse entrepreneurial and technological experience to create impactful solutions and collaborate with others who share a vision for positive change.
