   SAFe Scrum Master for the BI Reporting and Data Science Teams as part of the Data Release Train that was launched in 2022. Responsibilities include the following: • Key member of the team to help launch our Data SAFe Train in 2022. • Facilitate key scrum ceremonies and SAFe meetings: PI Prep and Planning, Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. • Work with Product Owners to prioritize and refine stories in the Product Backlog during PI and Sprint planning. • Empower the team to self-manage and adhere to Scrum Principles. • Identify and remove impediments and prevent distractions. • Mentor and coach members of the team in all aspects of agile methodology. • Co-ordinate with Stakeholders and Product Owners/Product Manager to develop key PI objectives and feature epics. • Manage timely communication between various internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare sprint metrics for my teams and communicate out to stakeholders. • Work with Product Owners and Teams to continuously improve.
