Being an analytics manager might not be exactly what you\'d expect. In my experience, it\'s all about building relationships, understanding people, and identifying problems. Finding out what keeps people awake at night, and working out how we can use analytics and data science to solve those problems is the best part of my job, and what keeps me going back to work every day. And doing that in the public sector brings me a huge amount of satisfaction.
