About Tom Adamson
Tom Adamson serves as Vice President of Project Management for Scannell Properties. With a decade of commercial development and construction experience, Tom has managed some of the most complicated building projects in the Southern & Central California areas. His experience includes leading design and construction efforts for ground-up office, industrial, cold storage, movie studio/sound stages, and tenant improvement projects. His proactive approach to project management ensures major cost and schedule impacts are avoided. Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Tom served as the Development Manager for Birtcher Development in Newport Beach, CA. He also worked with KPRS Construction Services, Inc. where he managed design-build teams for ground-up construction projects. Tom started his career as a field engineer working alongside project superintendents, where he gained a wealth of building knowledge. In 2023, Tom was selected for the highly competitive Young Professionals Group with the NAIOP SoCal Chapter. Tom is a graduate of Penn State University and is an active member of NAIOP SoCal.
