I’m a digital leader with more than 25 years industry experience in public and private sector roles, in user research, design and conversion optimisation. I’m a strategic leader, a systems thinker and a problem solver, with a track record of successfully transforming under-performing teams and services. I’m people-centred, and believe that the first step to delivering great products and high performing services is to encourage, enable and build confidence and capability in my teams and the individuals in them. I have ADHD, and am passionate about normalising and unlocking the power of neurodivergence in the workplace - and supporting other people with different brains as they navigate through their careers.
