NewPath is a multi-time award winning production company based in Calgary, AB. NewPath has produced video projects world-wide, on now 5 continents and within 11 countries.As the Creative Lead at NewPath and projects\' Director and Producer, I manage all projects from initial briefs to delivery. This includes several skills such as identifying our customers’ objectives and needs through ideation and then developing plans, scripts and storyboards. Scope, plan and budget all projects. Hire crew members, navigate legal requirements and permits for projects within and outside Canada. Provide expertise, leadership and mentorship for all production crew members to effectively execute time-sensitive work on budget.As a Director, I manage all creative aspects of the production. I direct production by visualizing the script or interview subjects and guide the actors/subjects along with the technical crew to capture the vision set forth by our client and myself. I additionally work with crew and client to develop the projects visual style and overall feel. I wear many hats, but most importantly I strive to continuously learn, develop, and grow through meeting incredible people and hearing their stories throughout the world!
