Develop, maintain and review existing security documents supporting the Risk Management Framework to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Business Impact Analysis, Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Contingency Plan Test Report, POA & M, and Incident Report Plan.• Initiate kick-off meetings to collect system information to assist in the categorization phase using FIPS 199 and NIST SP 800-60.• Assist with review of policy, security alerts, guidance, and regulations in IT Security Management.• Maintain and track system applications updates, new releases and system enhancements related to security build, deployment, and optimization of cross-functional system applications.• Work with systems owners, and stakeholders to manage cyber security requirements.• Review information system vulnerability scans and develop Plans of Action and Milestones in response to outstanding vulnerabilities.• Ensure prompt and timely remediation of all Critical, High and Medium vulnerabilities as required by policies.• Monitor findings, remediation plans, recommendations, risk mitigation strategies, risk acceptance and milestones.• Manage remediation efforts and report on the status of control deficiencies to stakeholders.
