Managing the delivery of the organisational structure surveys for different audits & surveys on public health in England especially the health and well-being of children and young adults, to include the end-to-end projects on various health surveys, from contract management, procurement specification, i.e legal, information guidance, data control, and review of survey production.• Providing support to the teams in developing contracts for new work and renewals by collating finance information and contributing to the development of contract deliverables.• Contributing to the development of specifications for new work to enable the legal basis for new audits or surveys to be approved. • Working with colleagues in other squads to gather and maintain the finance information for the contract management, and review meetings of different projects.• Work with survey contractors to monitor and progress milestones according to the project plan, carry out NHSD actions, and update plans and action logs. • Plan and monitor the delivery of work including leading planning meetings with the wider team, assigning tasks so that deliverables are met as planned and escalated where required • Develop, monitor, and update work packages, Contract Change Notices (CCNs), and invoice schedules, working with the commercial team for approval • Review and collate feedback on project documentation including survey design, participant materials, questionnaires, ethics documents, analysis plans, and report outlines from internal and external stakeholders • Identify and monitor risks and issues, monitor invoice schedules and finance trackers • Liaise with and organise input from Commercial, IG, DARS, Publications team, and Finance colleagues to ensure survey milestones are met • Maintain good working relationships with key external stakeholders and Steering Group members • Participate in Agile ways of working, including stand-ups and updating and monitoring Jira tickets
