A seasoned corporate leader with over three decades of experience at ExxonMobil, where I held executive leadership roles for nearly 20 years. Recognized for strategic acumen in leading complex projects and high-performing teams to consistently deliver value-accretive strategies across diverse global, regulatory, and fiscal landscapes. Generating 10-15% cost reduction and increased optionality of global technical support- Technology and Digital Transformation: Spearheaded ExxonMobil\'s Subsurface Technology & Digital Strategy, and the adoption of the Open Subsurface Data Universe, reducing costs, and enhancing cycle times for future digital capabilities - Stakeholder Management: Adept at delivering win-win commercial outcomes via strong senior level strategic relationships with government officials, corporate partners, and cross-functional teams- Talent Development: As member of executive development councils for over 15 years, highly skilled in building strong leadership pipelines and succession plans.
