Extensive experience with agency financing, State & Federal subsidy programs and tax incentives. • Underwrote 47 affordable multifamily debt transactions totaling $682 million of lending volume. • Prepares and delivers verbal and written transaction summaries/presentations to firm’s credit risk management leadership team. • Works with a team of remote real estate finance professionals. Involved in new employee training and acts as a resource for affordable housing finance to the wider Berkadia network.
