Real Estate • Perfection of titles to real assets;• Identification of real assets• Investigating and conducting due diligence exercises with respect to titles of real assets; • Preparation of transaction documents with respect to sale and purchase of real assets.3. Mediation • Professional mediation of contractual and family disputes;• Resolution of contractual and family disputes. Children’s Rights and Family • Processing and perfection of adoption orders for undocumented or adopted children;
