Hello!I am a bioinformatician working at the intersection of genomics, molecular diagnostics, and translational research, with hands-on experience across both computational and wet-lab workflows. My background spans statistical genetics, NGS data analysis, and real-world clinical laboratory operations, with a focus on translating complex biological data into clinically meaningful insights.Currently, I serve as the Product Lead for ZIONA Fertility, where I am responsible for shaping the scientific and clinical logic of a fertility health platform focused on fertility readiness and microbiome-driven care. My work involves integrating genomics, endometrial and seminal microbiome analytics, hormonal data, and lifestyle factors into structured diagnostic pathways and decision-support frameworks for clinicians and patients. In parallel, I work at Cordon Genomics, where I contribute to developing and executing bioinformatics pipelines for NGS- and PCR-based diagnostics. My role includes analysing high-throughput sequencing data, supporting clinical reporting workflows, and actively participating in wet-lab processes, particularly RT-PCR assay execution and optimisation.
