August 1989 to Present, Platoon leader for the Chester CountyEmergency services. In this position, the Platoon Leader. is charged with the dailyOperations of the radio room and staff. I am currently Supervisor for the D Platoon in the Radio room. In this position I am responsible for their payroll,disciplinary actions as well as the performance reviews and daily performance.April 2002 till present, I was certified as an Instructor by the PA Departmentof Health to teach the EMT and First Responder programs. At that time Ilooked to my area of expertise for instruction and started doing the VehicleRescue awareness program as part of the EMT course. I also enjoyed doing theEnvironmental and Heat related topics within the curriculumMarch 2002 to Present, An active member of the Pennsylvania Forest FireCrew. Training includes a pack test, which is a Physical agility test to ensurewe are at the minimum for physical conditioning. We also undergo extensiveFirefighting training at the annual DCNR fire camp. I have been to Oregon,Montana and Washington states to fight wildland fires. We\'ve respond to fires both inside and outside of Chester County as well. Jan 2005 Chester County Fire Instructor where I have worked and obtained my suppression level PA State Fire Academy Instructor level, providing fire rescue courses for fire companies within and outside of Chester County.January 2004 to present, I was asked to help form the Chester County Exercise Design Team. The team was placed into service to assist county organizations with assessing and developing a comprehensive exercise program. January 2008 to Present, I was appointed as Asst. County Fire Marshal within the department and charged with completing the Fire Safety Inspections. The Fire Marshal’s division completes Fire and Life Safety Inspections for facilities that are County or State funding.June of 2017 Promoted to Shift Supervisor for the \"D\" Platoon at the Chester County Department of Emergency Services 911 Center.
