My full name is Martin Todd Temaat, but I\'ve been known by Todd my entire life. I am a retired Air Force officer and digital entrepreneur, I founded Junk Platoon in 2020, Servant Publishing in 2017, and Zippy Shell Fox Valley in 2013 after serving in the Air Force from 19••••11.I’m a purpose-driven leader who loves helping organizations scale impact by empowering people and streamlining processes. I have served in the Air Force, government roles, the private sector, and mission-focused nonprofits. Regardless of the setting, I stepped in to fix what’s broken, build what’s missing, and turn big goals into operational reality.I believe that when you take care of the people, they will take care of the mission. This creates a service-before-self mindset and develops high-performing teams who take pride in excellence.
