After almost 15 years in private law practice, specializing in securitization and real estate capital markets, I went in-house in 2010. After almost 12 years at Bank of America, I joined Wells Fargo\'s legal department in 2022 to cover structured products and commercial real estate. Previously, I represented issuers, underwriters, loan sellers, and lenders in transactions involving CMBS securitizations, CMBS/CDOs, timber securitizations, and loan originations.
