I serve as Managing Director of Lee & Associates Columbus, where I lead the strategic growth, performance, and culture of the office while maintaining an active industrial real estate advisory practice throughout Central Ohio.As Managing Director, I’m responsible for broker recruiting and development, market expansion, revenue growth, and accountability, with a focus on building a best-in-class advisory platform for clients and brokers alike.My advisory practice supports industrial tenants, owner-users, landlords, developers, and investors across the full real estate lifecycle—site selection, leasing and purchase negotiations, development strategy, asset positioning, and disposition. I work closely with clients to align real estate decisions with operational, financial, and long-term investment objectives.At the national level, I serve on the Lee & Associates Corporate Board of Directors, contributing to firm-wide initiatives related to office expansion, licensing, technology, marketing, and strategic growth across North America.With 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and development, I bring a disciplined, market-driven approach to complex transactions.
