   Responsible for Innovation, AI, and Intelligent Automation. Reports to CTO. Our Innovation Studio is a combination of existing services paired with newly developing responsibilities around AI & GenAI. Services include but are not limited to: Digital Enablement, Research & Development, Process Automation, Information Sharing, Governance & Strategy, Education & Training. Our team delivered a successful Contract/Waiver Review POC to production in late 2024 providing push-button analysis of language compliance. The application currently has 15 products live. Scaled our initial 300 user Copilot offering to 3,300 users. Multiple POCs are being built on Microsoft Azure and Google AI Cloud platforms using OpenAI ChatGPT and Gemini models.Liaison to multiple TM global communities for AI & Innovation support. Impact:Positioning Tokio Marine for next-generation digital capabilities by integrating AI, automation, and innovation into a unified enterprise strategy, accelerating delivery, and expanding business value across all group companies.
