1. Lead Executive Coach

   In May of 2021, Sea-Level was purchased by Pax8 to become the coaching division of the Pax8 Academy. Up to this point, I didn’t have much personal experience with Pax8. I knew who they were and what they did, and I have always heard good things about them from my clients about how they really cared about the partners success, not just selling to them. At this moment, I’m eager to write more about Pax8, but what I can tell you thus far is not much has changed. The Sea-Level coaches and I have moved over to Pax8 to provide our coaching services as part of the Academy offering. Pax8 has ambitions to expand what we do by offering a greater velocity of Sea-Level\'s growth and expanded offerings. I’m still a Senior Executive Coach and I still focus on helping MSP owners and their leadership teams for firms with 25 to 200 people. We work on things like leadership, financial, and operational challenges by providing 1:1 weekly coaching, accountability, and leadership discussions.
