As part of the Raising Cane’s Leadership Team, I lead strategic internal communications and engagement, through a department comprised of four functions (Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design and Internal Mobile Application) committed to supporting all communications for our 900+ Restaurants, Support Offices (4) and employees. This role also provides me the opportunity to support corporate event planning, public relations, social media, marketing communications, training, crisis management and community programs. I am currently leading the expansion of our support office digital signage to include our restaurants for internal comms.
