I fill gaps and resolve issues, and I’ve been described as “working on all of the important things” and as having been “integrated supply chain (ISC) before ISC existed.” My influence goes beyond supply chain, though, as the gaps and issues on which I have worked have touched almost every area at the company, including supplier development and management, enterprise tools, accounting, finance, manufacturing, production control, inventory management, product design, and human resources, including the following examples: • Managing relationships with and performance of mid-sized and Fortune 50 suppliers responsible for delivering $10+ million of mission critical electronics. • Managed the product development of an automated demand planning tool for commercial, off-the shelf (COTS) electronics piece parts for 20+ electronics assemblies and their associated wiring harnesses. • Co-founded a group for allies of people historically underrepresented in the aerospace and tech industries to discuss ways to help and amplify the voices of those unrepresented groups.
