   I oversee a wide range of activities, leading and managing teams, including Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage personnel while driving the execution of clinical and professional education initiatives across the Midwest and North Central regions of the US.I develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive clinical education for Calyxo Inc, engaging with sales teams, clinical specialists, marketing, surgeons, 1099 case coverage personnel, and OR staff to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes for patients using Calyxo’s products.In collaboration with Sales, I manage the development and delivery of all New Hire Training programs, ensuring seamless onboarding and education for new team members.I coordinate with Sales to address case coverage needs, fostering customer relationships and guiding the sales team toward achieving procedure independence.As the Clinical & Professional Education Manager, I partner with the Marketing team to create educational content and select faculty to deliver training to the Calyxo commercial team.
