Todd Pencarinha is founder and CEO of the Altiras companies, including Holdings, Altiras Chemicals, Altiras Fuels, and Altiras Labs. Altiras Chemicals is a chemical distribution company, offering both prime chemicals and discount alternatives, while also providing reuse and recycling services to the chemical and manufacturing industries. Altiras Fuels is a fuel distributor specializing off-spec products such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene, VGO, asphalt, VTB, cutter stocks, various blend stocks, and crude oil. Altiras Fuels also provide exceptional solutions to problem petroleum products and heavy solid products requiring engineering solutions. Altiras Labs specializes in the research and development of solutions for chemical coproducts and byproducts that cannot be easily reused as-is. The Chemaris companies are focused on green chemical manufacturing process and plant development and operation. Chemaris Investments identifies, develops, and invests in green chemistry manufacturing facilities and in projects that utilize byproducts and coproducts as raw materials to manufacture prime and specialty chemicals. Chemaris Management provides operations management and improvement for petrochemical operations, and Chemaris Acetyls is the first manufacturing plant built by Chemaris Investments to product low-carbon acetic acid. In his early career, Mr. Pencarinha first served as a process engineer and then project engineer with Exxon Basic Chemicals Technology, followed by project management and internal business consulting roles with Equistar Chemicals and Lyondell Chemical Company, respectively.Mr. Pencarinha holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from The Ohio State University, and a master of business administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He maintains a keen interest in recycling processes and the various beneficial applications of recycling technologies.
