From those early years of grease, grime, and bloodied knuckles working as a technician in various industries to my current engineering and quality pursuits, I have always had a passion for understanding and innovation.We live in an imperfect world, a world where failures and non-conformities are far too common. In my role as a Welding Engineer and Quality Assurance professional, it is my charge to help mitigate failures and ensure vendor quality for the respective client. When failures do occur, addressing the challenges and determining a root cause is very exciting to me. I love the investigation; putting all of the pieces together, documenting the facts, analyzing the data, and seeing what the mosaic reveals.Making an impact is important to me. Many of the opportunities to make an impact stem from my ability to serve in a Welding Engineering capacity. I find assisting clients and vendors in procedure development and troubleshooting of welding processes to be highly rewarding. Being the calm pragmatic force when everything and everyone in the moment has descended into near chaos has always been one of my strongest attributes. It has served me well in keeping challenging vendor and client situations manageable that could have easily vaporized into unproductive volatility.I am always open to new opportunities, new experiences, and establishing new professional acquaintances.
