   I manage Nike\'s Global Talent Research function. We map Global Executive Talent and high-priority, high-impact roles for Nike, providing Market Intelligence and Research for a deeper understanding of where and how to find passive talent. We also provide key locational analyses to inform decision-making by the enterprise globally. Our research underpins Nike\'s data-informed Talent Acquisition Strategies, including DEI efforts to increase diverse representation at leadership levels.Responsible for developing our Research strategies up against Nike\'s enterprise priorities and executing against those strategies.Created an internal research site to deliver research findings and actionable intelligence to our Talent Acquisition stakeholders and HR partners.I also manage various research and talent intelligence tools for Nike, as well as reporting for executive search and sourcing.
