I\'ve been working in real estate for close to 15 years. This coupled with my experience in mortgages, really gives me a great, understanding and all-around base of real estate. I\'ve grown up in this area full-time and closer to my kids is very nice, after traveling is also an added benefit. I really do love finding my clients and their acquaintances the very best place to live and be. I employ a wide-variety of skills and have assisted in establishing, building and growing partnerships and consistently creating and obtaining higher revenues for each and every company and team during my career. Besides being in real estate for close to 15 years, I\'ve thrived in a national sales and marketing management and consulting positions with over 25 years of experience in various industries. such as, wireless and land-based telecommunications, mortgages and software solutions. I\'m very proud to share with you how my wife and I have been hosting a holiday fundraising party we call the Grinch Party for Children\'s Hospital. We\'ve raised over and have provided toys for CH over the past 15 years. The incredibly generous friends, restaurants, retail store, corporate sponsors not-for-profit organizations and clients or \"Grinch-goers\" have made this possible. I was also one of the founders and former Board Member and Vice President of a non-profit organization called Fairview Friends Foundation. We raised monies for individuals and families who had unforeseen medical emergency issues jolt their lives. As you can see, I took a short break in real estate after helping people for almost ten years. I was asked to assist companies grow and maintain their client base. I had success, but I truly missed the local \"calling\". So, I decided to dive back into real estate.
