About Todd Lester
I’m a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience helping owners deliver successful building projects through practical, constructable mechanical design. Since entering the industry in 2003—and earning my PE in 2007—I’ve led HVAC and plumbing system design for healthcare, state and federal government facilities, multifamily housing, churches, and educational buildings.I focus on energy-efficient, high-performing systems that balance first cost, long-term operational value, and constructability, with multiple completed LEED projects supporting sustainable outcomes. Clients value my collaborative approach, clear communication, and ability to guide projects from early planning through construction while minimizing risk and avoiding costly surprises.Beyond design, I actively support projects during construction—working closely with architects, contractors, and owners to resolve field issues, respond to RFIs, and keep projects moving forward.I also lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture built on teamwork, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Developing people and building strong teams allows us to consistently deliver reliable, coordinated solutions for our clients. At the end of the day, I enjoy solving complex problems, supporting my team’s growth, and helping clients turn their ideas into successful, well-performing buildings. If you’re planning a new project or looking for an integrated architecture and engineering partner, Cyntergy offers full-service design with a collaborative, client-focused approach. We’d welcome the opportunity to support your next project—feel free to reach out to learn how our team can help bring your vision to life.
