ABOUT TODD KELLER

PMP certified Project Manager and Team Lead with over 20 years of leadership experience, passionate about process and efficiency, while focusing on an individual’s needs for success and happiness. I’ve tackled every project stage from initiation to closing, with projects often overlapping the pre-production and planning stages with post-launch support and additional DLC iterations. I build cross-functional collaborative partnerships to help teams succeed at our shared goals. Experienced in outsourcing vendor selection and management through frequent and transparent communication. I’ve managed internal teams of 8-10 direct reports, assigning work, developing skills, and working to keep roadblocks out of their path. Ongoing pipeline development focusing on increasing quality and volume within the same timeframe. I helped the company onboard Shotgrid (project management information system software) which drastically reduced the amount of time spent updating task tracking and increased visibility on project progress.
