   Golden Bear Physical Therapy - I have held the highest position in IT for the last 2 years and report to the COO. I am directly responsible for designing the infrastructure and growth of one of the fastest growing companies in America. When I took the position as Director of IT in Sept 2020, we had 20 locations and 2 IT employees. I currently manage 8 employees as well as 2 MSP’s. As of today, the company has 138 locations, 1400 employees, and 1800 devices that my department manages.\\\\n\\\\nI am very proud that in the first 12 months of this position, we rolled out the following tech stack: Avepoint, SDwan with Comcast, Crayon our MS license vendor, Dell computers, IT Glue, Vorex, VSA, Knowbe4, Kno2, Loop.tv, Medbridge, Metallic back up, RingCentral. In addition, I negotiated and purchased over $500k in IT equipment such as phones, network gear, monitors and computers to standardize each location.\\\\n\\\\nMy first initiative was to set policies, establish vendor agreements, and to travel to as many locations as I could in order to learn as much as I could about each partner.\\\\n\\\\nDuring the first 16 months, I grew my team by conducting interviews, writing offer letters, as well as terminating employees. I currently manage team members in Texas, Arizona, and California.\\\\n\\\\nI have learned a lot about working with large organizations and making sure that myself and my team are communicating effectively and clearly with vendors, employees and upper management.
