My track record includes overseeing construction projects exceeding $2 billion and implementing software solutions across 40 million square feet of complex infrastructure.As a leader, I\'ve driven innovation within century-old companies and co-founded AkitaBox, a successful SaaS platform, serving as its CEO. My achievements include securing venture capital funding, participating in a prestigious business accelerator program, and establishing board governance frameworks. This leadership earned recognition as Co-CEO of the Year from Madison Magazine in 2019.My leadership philosophy centers on passion and purpose, focused on creating opportunities for both organizational and individual success. I bring a collaborative approach backed by extensive experience negotiating and implementing contracts across diverse sectors including AEC, industrial, healthcare, government, manufacturing, commercial, and education. My experience spans public speaking to thousands, leading boardroom discussions, and delivering highly stressful company pitches. I\'ve successfully managed every aspect of business operations, having held positions including CEO, CTO, and CFO roles. This comprehensive experience encompasses board management, M&A activities, investment strategies, and identifying organic growth opportunities. I\'ve also developed expertise in organizational development, including the successful onboarding of all positions within a company, notably training and transitioning new executive leadership.When I\'m not chasing my 2 daughters around, or surfing the latest technology trends.
