Growth is engineered, not just managed. Leading the construction of fiber infrastructure across 50+ communities in four states, with a team of 600+ and more than premise passings delivered annually, has reinforced a simple conviction: sustainable performance requires more than a good strategy. It requires the structural conditions to execute it consistently. Over 20 years across the fiber optic industry and the Department of Defense shaped that conviction. The work has ranged from standing up capabilities that didn\'t exist, to restructuring operations under pressure, to leading teams through the kind of complexity that reveals whether a model is actually built to hold. I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, where the real work of leadership happens. Not in the vision document, but in the systems, processes, and people decisions that determine whether the vision becomes real. I care about building things that last and teams that can perform without me in the room. Across every role and every challenge, the approach has been the same: understand what needs to change, design the model to support it, and walk alongside people through the transition. Accountability and clarity matter as much as the plan itself. A systems engineering foundation from the Naval Academy, an MBA earned in uniform, and joint operational leadership experience across multiple commands did not follow separate paths. They converged into a single discipline: building organizations that perform under pressure and scale with intention.    As Chief Construction Officer, I align fiber design, engineering, and construction with ALLO\'s broader business strategy, ensuring every build decision connects to organizational goals and market opportunity. I lead evaluation of new community entries and M&A initiatives, translating growth targets into executable construction plans.I oversee a team of 600+ ALLO teammates and multiple contract partners building fiber infrastructure across 50+ communities in Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, and Missouri. Our teams consistently deliver premise passings per quarter, more than annually, across markets of varying complexity and scale.To support our Arizona expansion, I personally earned the Arizona General Engineering (A) contractor credential, extending ALLO\'s in-house civil construction capability and ensuring regulatory compliance in a new operating environment.In nine years, our teams have built more than fiber passings and counting.
