I\'m very proud to not only be part of RE/MAX but to also be part of one of the top selling offices in the country. I hold both a real estate broker license in Arizona and a real estate and mortgage broker license in California. While I\'m now focused only on real estate out here in beautiful Arizona, I believe it\'s important for a broker to have a strong knowledge of finance. In fact, several of my deals would not have closed if I did not have such knowledge. Furthermore, I was able to negotiate as a real estate broker from a stronger hand knowing the finance world as well as I do.
