About Todd G Brown
After more than two decades with a national general contractor where I led teams on complex, high-stakes projects across multiple sectors, I launched Gaither Commercial to bring a different level of care, precision, and partnership to commercial construction.At Gaither, we specialize in helping owners, developers, and design teams bring ambitious projects to life. We work hands-on from pre-construction through closeout, with a focus on aligning stakeholders early, setting realistic goals, and navigating challenges before they become bigger issues.
