These initiatives created durable growth engines and positioned the organization for sustained, long-term success.Before that, in my role as Vice President, I led major enterprise initiatives during periods of aggressive expansion, strengthening operational performance, improving cross-functional alignment, and driving profitability across multiple business units.My leadership foundation was built as Director of Engineering and Operations, where I oversaw large, multi-state teams in complex, fast moving environments.
