My efforts resulted in significant improvements in governance, compliance and disaster recovery readiness, ultimately safeguarding the bank\'s operational integrity. Ensure all regulatory requirements (e.g. FFIEC, OCC, FRB), are being adhered to, propose applicable updates to policies and procedures. Provide guidance on DR, incident response and crisis management strategies. Develops, aligns, executes, and maintains FUSION continuity and IT resilience plans by conducting regular business continuity and resilience tests to ensure preparedness and effectiveness.
