About Todd Evans

Mr. Evans has 25 years’ experience as a business leader skilled in training and development, organizational development and leadership of human resource professionals. His experience developing learning programs for companies such as Scripps Networks, Home Depot and Kinko’s including increasing levels of responsibility with P&L accountability, multiple location and remote employee management and a history of metrics-driven results aligned with company objectives.Upon joining Pellissippi State Community College in February 2016 as the Director of Workforce Solutions, Mr. Evans has applied his education and experience by collaborating with local businesses to conduct needs assessments, design and deliver professional and industrial training courses for employees. He identifies, recruits and certifies instructors in topics ranging from Welding, Programmable Logic Controllers, Robotics, 3D Printing to Supervisory/Leadership Development and Customer Service. Mr. Evans additionally develops and/or refines applicable support materials, job aids, learning guides and other resources in order to customize content for each client.
