Dr. Todd Johnson harnesses educational psychology and program evaluation expertise to transform workforce and education (WE) systems. His mission centers on making others GREAT through Grants that fund innovative educational pathways, Research that bridges theory and practice, Evaluation that ensures program effectiveness, Assessment that recognizes diverse learning, and Teaching that empowers lifelong growth. Dr. Johnson\'s work pioneers the LIFE approach (Linking Informal & Formal Experiences) to develop Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) frameworks. His systematic approach encompasses Developing, Exploring, Assessing, and Researching (DEAR) innovative Frameworks, Approaches, Systems, and Technologies (FAST) that recognize non-traditional learning while maintaining academic rigor. Through these interconnected efforts, Dr. Johnson creates more accessible pathways to credentials, benefiting students, professionals, and communities by strengthening the vital connections between education and workforce development.
