About Todd Dwyer

Mr. Dwyer manages the geotechnical group in AECOM\'s Chelmsford, MA office. He is well versed in the geotechnical design of spread footings and mats, intermediate foundations such as rammed aggregate piers and stone columns, pile foundations (auger cast piles, h-piles, pipe piles, concrete piles, and timber piles), drilled shafts, tangent pier walls, sheet pile walls, and embankments. He has also analyzed the stability of levees, dams, mechanically stabilized earth walls, soldier pile walls, anchored soldier pile walls, soil nail walls, geosynthetic reinforced soil slopes, and cut slopes. Mr. Dwyer has prepared, directed and reviewed geotechnical engineering studies for bridges, embankments, levees, power plants, water and wastewater treatment plants, roadways, parking facilities, airports, public and private developments, communication and transmission towers (guyed, monopole, and self-support), single and multi-story buildings, and engineered slopes and retaining walls. He also is experienced in landslide stabilization and the forensic analysis of distressed structures and pavements. Notable recent projects include the RIDOT 6/10 Interchange DB Project, the Northern Avenue Brige Replacement in Boston, MA, and the Green Line Extension Project.
