Creation of a service flow conducive to the message and culture of the church.• Pastoral Care – Meet with team members routinely, discuss/mentor/pray over physical, mental, and spiritual health. Facilitate achievement of short/long term goals, execute disciplinary action when necessary, and impute the vision of the church as directed.• Technical Duties - Website management, asset management, hardware and software support for Mac and Windows systems, GSuite products, email administration, network administration (Ubiquiti Unifi), network security, and VoIP (PBX, Sangoma) system management.
