As the Problem Report Tracking Database Administrator (PTDB) provide technical assistance for the Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Program Office (MPO) and International Program Offices (IPO). Provide program support for radios supporting United States and European military aircraft with a multi-band, multi-mode, networkable, software-definable radio system satisfying existing and future requirements for DoD joint interoperability. Provide database assistance for both the MPO and IPO using the Unison Integrated Database Environment Problem Report Tracking Database module (PTDB) which monitors Low Volume Terminal (LVT) and Joint Tactical Radio Systems (JTRS) Problem Reports (PRs) by opening, tracking, editing, and closing PRs as needed. Collaborate with the United States and European vendors, and a coalition of partner nations consisting of the United States and multiple foreign country platforms. As the PTDB Administrator, acts as liaison between the customer (military platforms and vendors) and the MIDS Program Office and International Program Offices. Provides troubleshooting assistance to PTDB users, as required, to ensure user requirements are satisfied. Moderate and preside over monthly and bi-annual Problem Review Board (PRB) and Problem Report Review (PRR) meetings, preparing metrics and slide creation, and taking and distributing minutes for program review. Prepare and provide metrics and slide presentations in coordination with the 3PS (3rd Party Sales) and FMS (Foreign Military Sales) teams for bi-annual meetings.
