ABOUT TODD CAMPBELL
Todd represents individuals and businesses in litigation matters throughout the state of Alabama and the Southeast. His practice includes litigating complex commercial disputes, shareholder derivative actions, disputes between shareholders in closely-held businesses, business torts such as minority shareholder oppression and breach of fiduciary duty claims, corporate governance issues, breach of contract claims, trust and estate disputes, and professional negligence claims. Todd’s broad range of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants enables him to understand both sides of a case, and anticipate the opposing party’s next move.
