Apple Computer recognized my ability in design and innovation; and I have made lasting impacts to national efforts such as the US Patriot Act technology and architecture. I understand technology firms in their various perspectives, from software development through to sales and delivery.My engineering teams are noted for their ability to scale and address risk. I am honest, respectful, and dedicated.I hold a Ph.D. in Information Science as well as a dual M.S. in IT Project Management and Object-Oriented Programming. I have published in the Java Developers Journal and I maintain experience or certifications in topics such as intellectual capital management and agile environments. I can code, these days focusing on Python but fully capable with Java. I have designed SaaS, micro-service, and cloud-based platforms. I have taught graduate level courses. I am an active member of the ACM.I am a dual citizen of the USA and Canada, and I am authorized to work in either country.
