ABOUT TODD BRACHER
Most companies need design but don\'t realize it. They see flat growth, increasing competitive pressure, or a product portfolio that no longer resonates. They rarely connect that to design. They think of it as cosmetic. It\'s not. Design is a fundamental driver of market access, differentiation, and enterprise value. What I do is find where design can have the most impact on a business. That could mean closing the gap between what a company is capable of and what its products actually reflect. It could mean sharpening a brand for a contemporary market, spinning new opportunities out of dormant IP, or helping leadership see where real value sits in a portfolio or an acquisition. The goal is always growth.I work directly with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams. I get embedded in the organization, not at arm\'s length. No agency, no layers. You work with me. Most engagements start with a simple conversation.25 years in practice. 200+ products brought to market. 25+ patents. Dozens of design awards, including seven national design award nominations and three international designer of the year honors. Clients include Herman Miller, 3M, Humanscale, Georg Jensen, Zanotta, and Issey Miyake.Monograph: Observations, Research and Design (Phaidon, 2026)Author of Design in Context (Compendium Editions, 2025).I\'m always happy to have a conversation. t•••@toddbracher.com
