Tasked with leading UX Design and Research for Everon/ADT Commercial products, including the Everon customer engagement platform (formerly eSuite). Responsibilities include:• Lead all user experience research and interface design company-wide for industry-leading flagship customer engagement platforms including eSuite, Everon, mobile apps, and lead generation websites.• Conduct a broad spectrum of generative and evaluative user experience research studies to assess customer perceptions & behaviors.• Socialize insights with executive & program leadership to inform business, product, and design decisions with qualitative & quantitative data.• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to plan, groom, and execute product roadmaps to deliver ROI for the business, measurably improve customer sentiment, and promote user engagement. • Manage the design system including quality control, maintenance, and documentation.• Build vendor relationships for all UX resources including design, usability testing, behavioral analytics, and voice of customer.• Collaborate with CX leadership to improve customer-facing touchpoints and transactional communications within the customer journey.Everon, also known as ADT Commercial, is a leading national integrator and premier service provider of commercial security, fire and life safety.
