I am a Change Agent and Servant Leader with broad electronic product delivery & people leadership experience, deep technology skills, a strong business acumen and excellent relationship skills. I excel in the early, confusing and ambiguous project stages - when there is a known opportunity, challenge or desired outcome, yet no clear understanding of what exactly needs to be done to accomplish the goal.My personal attributes:The core of who I am can be condensed to 2 words: Trust & Relationships. I believe that everything in life revolves around relationships and long-term relationships are only successful when supported by a high level of trust. I then spend significant time with invested stakeholders getting to know them, learning, building a level of comfort and gathering their thoughts and perspectives. As potential solutions begin to take shape, they are brought back to the stakeholders for feedback and validation, with adjustments made to strengthen the plan.
