    I serve as the Owner’s Representative on a $25B+ hyperscale data center campus spanning 1,200 acres and delivering 1.4GW of ultra high-density GPU compute capacity across 10 facilities totaling 3.7 million sq. ft. Responsible for whitespace fit-out and delivery of advanced AI-driven infrastructure, I oversee OFCI equipment procurement, integration, and coordination through all phases of design, construction, and commissioning. I provide on-site leadership to align project execution with program goals for safety, quality, schedule, and performance, collaborating closely with contractors, design engineers, OEM vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive the rapid, large-scale delivery of one of the world’s most advanced data center programs.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate cross-functional project activities including design, procurement, and construction across all phases to ensure alignment among stakeholders.* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project scope, applicable codes, and client standards.* Manage key project controls such as RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, contractor billing, and financial forecasting.* Facilitate VDC coordination and QA/QC efforts, resolving design and field issues while supporting MOP planning and commissioning in live environments.* Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives to drive on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining accurate documentation for close-out and audit readiness.
