ABOUT TODD WOLOSOFF

As the Global Managing Partner for Deloitte’s Transfer Pricing Group, I am responsible for creating and implementing strategy and providing vision and leadership to Deloitte’s approximately 2,300 transfer pricing professionals worldwide. In my previous U.S. leadership role, I was responsible for all aspects of the U.S. Transfer Pricing Group including strategy, operations, hiring and human resources. Prior to my taking on the U.S. Transfer Pricing leadership role, I was the partner-in-charge of transfer pricing for the Northeast United States and the leader of the Tri-State Transfer Pricing Group since its inception in 1990. During my twenty eight years as a partner, I have served as an advisor to a number of the world’s largest multinationals and conducted numerous transfer pricing planning studies in virtually all industries, including: pharmaceuticals, electronics, financial services, consumer products, automotive, TMT, and fashion and beauty products, for both inbound and outbound taxpayers. Throughout my career, I have led client service teams in some of the largest transfer pricing audit engagements conducted by the firm in the United States. I have participated in significant transfer pricing audits in Japan, Canada, Italy, France and the United Kingdom, among others. In 2014 and 2015, I was fortunate to be included by Euromoney on their list of the United States\' Best of the Best Transfer Pricing Advisors. Additionally, I was privileged to be included on Euromoney\'s list of the Global Best of the Best World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors. I was thrilled to be the only partner from the Big Four to receive both of these honors. I am proud to be a part of the Deloitte Tax team, where I have spent my entire professional career, and honored to lead our outstanding global transfer pricing team.
