Our cloud-based analytics software, Clockworks, creates an unprecedented level of operational intelligence about a building, helping property teams proactively address equipment issues, improve indoor air quality, and reduce energy consumption and operational costs.Core Responsibilities:• Proactively engage clients to use Clockworks to drive action on their sites, reducing energy consumption and cost, reducing carbon emissions, driving efficiency in operations, extending equipment life, and improving reliability.• Field building engineering support requests submitted by clients, escalating them to our onboarding or support teams or providing your own response• Support Account Managers in proactive management of selected clients, lead or participate in quarterly or ad hoc Impact Reviews for selected clients• Suggest new services and support processes to the management team• Work closely with the account management and service team, the project deployment team, the system integration team, and the diagnostics development team, providing client feedback to help define and prioritize tasks, process changes, and development• Give product feedback to the product and development teams to be responsive to client needs
