About Todd White

I am a PhD people person, who is passionate about helping people and organizations accomplish their goals. That is what drew me to Psychology and my research on interpersonal skills and consulting. Surviving cancer twice has taught me a lot about compassion and never giving up. My wife and five kids are my greatest joy. They have been an incredible support as I have built and sold several businesses while working to further my education and career. Both of my parents were raised on farms in smalltown Idaho. Hard work was part of the fabric of my family. My Dad’s military background left the unspoken understanding that we are doers who know what it takes to succeed. My first business was a window cleaning company that grew into one of the largest maintenance businesses in San Antonio, TX. Next, I took a raw piece of land and turned it into a multimillion-dollar commercial property. I have a desire to succeed and excel in whatever position I hold. As a professor I set a company records for student satisfaction scores and completion rates. In medical sales I led the company exceeding my goals by a factor of 5. I bring an entrepreneurial spirit that understands what it takes to help a company succeed from the inside out. My passion to help companies thrive has led me into a consulting career. My experience includes everything from coaching executives to refining the hiring processes for companies. I have gained a lot of valuable experience from the school of hard knocks and my education has shown me where to find the research-based, tried and true answers to any problem I may encounter.
