About Todd Whitcomb

With more than 20 years of litigation and in-house experience, I offer clients solutions based on extensive knowledge of construction disputes, real estate and title claims and commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property and general civil matters. My effectiveness is due in part to my extensive corporate experience working with outside litigation attorneys to efficiently resolve thousands of cases throughout the nation. Prior to joining Bachara Construction Law Group, I served as Senior Litigation Counsel for the Fidelity National Financial family of companies, coordinating with outside counsel on title and real estate cases in state and federal courts, including matters with potential liability exceeding $100 million. Before that, I was a commercial litigation associate at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, where I litigated commercial disputes, real estate and construction matters, contract and business torts, and patent and trademark matters.I am pleased and honored to work with the exceptional people on the Bachara Group team, and look forward to making a positive difference for our diverse clients.
